Jennifer,
I just saw your original photo. I want to add to my original comments that I think you did an extraordinary job -- handheld etc. |

Lynne,
I love love love the monochrome! It is so clear and while Pinot Grigio isn't a sparkling
wine, everything in this photo sparkles! |

Jennifer,
I agree with both Stephen and Tom. You captured the breast of the bird beautifully! |

Thanks Lynne. So now, in addition to working on this side of the bridge I will keep on trying and show everyone the other side of the bridge that is just as challenging! Happy Easter to those that celebrate Easter! |

I like the strong white streak too--I wasn't suggesting going all the up to the women I was considering taking a little bit off the front... |

Michael,
I think you captured the "real-time" atmosphere of people waiting for their ride, some with their earphones on; the one woman looking at her iphone and the couple walking and talking. The passing train-- I think it is great! The only criticism I have is
the black and white the subway is not as clear as the color photo. I use Lightroom and usually look to see noise level etc. before I am finished so I look at it 1x1 on my screen... As I said before, I really like the phot!

Tom,
I love the sepia rendition! I agree with Stephen about the silos. You did a super job with the mules and the young woman; you caught several different expressions. I have a big smile on my face.

Diana,
I could be very wrong but, I think if you came in a little closer to the women you could still get the feel of the moving train but get more depth and light in the background. I really like it in black and white. Having grown up in the suburbs of Philadelphia where we had subways and going to New York and traveling on the subways there -- it is dark and fascinating. When we get out of this problem we are in now, you've given me an idea to try it myself.
