5 Dec 17 Comment I think the wide sweeping streak in the sky adds a lot to the image. This had to be shot at a small f-stop to make the lighted building turn out so sharp, or, did the Topaz Glow help sharpen the image. Dec 19th
5 Dec 17 Comment Night shots are fun to take; I prefer to darken the sky to help bring out the light streaks and stars in the sky. This also subdued some of the bright red lights on the ground. Dec 19th
5 Dec 17 Comment I think the cropping of the image is just right. Nice leading lines and well done on converting to monochrome.
Regarding Judging in Camera Clubs; We use our own members to judge and we do use three. A member can put in an image and then score a 0 on his or her image; Our software then averages the remaining two judges for the final score. Our Software, which was written by my son Matt, is available for Camera Club competition as long as the Club is a PSA member.

5 Dec 17 Comment Barbara, I think the image shows a very nice Holiday Mood; Nicely done and a Happy Holiday to you and Dale. Dec 19th
5 Dec 17 Comment The image is cropped very tight; The grainy texture in the laundry is a bit over done. The sepia tone came out very good. I know you do not use borders; however, against our black background, the lower right corner seems to get lost. I might add a 2 or 3 pixel eggshell white border. Dec 19th

68 Dec 17 Comment John,
Thanks for your input.
I revised the text......does it look better now?

68 Dec 17 Comment You certainly captured the mountain at a great angle. This image has some really great depth and some nice colors. Your composition is excellent. I wish I could still climb that high. I hope you can share the show with us. Dec 19th
68 Dec 17 Comment I like your rendition about what you saw. There is nice separation between the four men. I am trying to figure out what that tall object is above the man on the left. the front wheel of the car does add to the image. I hope the men finally finished their job. Dec 19th
68 Dec 17 Comment Old cars are one of my favorite things to photograph.
A lot of depth is shown behind the car. It might have been nice to see the image in full color.
