Wonderful image! Although the subject is familiar this feels like a new look at it. The clouds and the narrow field of view make a strong impact on the viewer. I would of preferred less (or no) toning but that is a matter of taste. |

The overall effect is that this looks almost like a painting. The horse's face is in focus and well lit and his eye grabs my attention. Showing the horse in his own environment is a very good idea, but the bright background doesn't work well, especially with the horse's white lower legs. This is a great first try and I would encourage you to keep at it. |

The composition is excellent and the exposure gives the water that beautiful look. I don't know anything about phone photography so I won't say anything more except that I would prefer the rght edge cropped to the edge of the large rock. |

The overall image is great and the B&W version is well done with great composition and excellent tones. The light on the engine in the foreground is wonderful in the color version but seems to have gone flat in the B&W version. |

Maybe it's the file size you submitted, but it just doesn't look sharp on my screen. The light is very flat and I can't quite figure out what the slope of the land is. My eye wanders from clump to clump looking for - what? In a better light with some shadows the image might be more interesting. I do like the framing, as it very nicely establishes the border. |

Very nice image with good sharpness and great separation of the bird from the background. The eye does not stand out but a black eye on black feathers is a hard situation to work on. I actually prefer the color version - it grabs my interest more. |
