Beautiful coloring in the sunset. I would play with cropping to the lift or right. the image is heavy on the right side. It is a wonderful reflections. |

I like it lightened up. I think the log is sharper than the bird, however, I love the bird looks painterly and soft. I would blur the background and hang on my wall. Lovely. |

I love this as a black and white and especially the way the light plays on the walls. I think the longer perspective draws you into the picture to have your eye look all around to see what is to be seen. the metal in the foreground is off kilter and you just bounce down the photo from there. |

Love the idea of adding the ships- really make the photo. My eye does go back to the stone or whatever is in the lower left corner. The horizon line not at center or not at 1/3 makes it edgy to me and I like that. Nice scene. |

Hi Julie,
I have printed on metal and the colors really pop and have printed on canvas to get a painterly look with a macro flower.
I actually really like the original. What I like is the black lines outlining the back. I guess I am seeing more of an abstract and not reading into a picture of something. I like the shadowing and coloring of the original. |

Hi Andrew. Even though the light is harsh - like that it makes it look at little bit more real and gritty. I would play with taking out the buildings in the background or blur them cause they do distract from this powerful portrait. |
