Thanks Ruth, you've nailed my intention. See my reply to Phill. I'm always attracted to trees as well but I find it hard to get a photo with a wow factor. Any clues will be gratefully received. |

Thanks Phill - I really like what time has done to the tree and at the moment it is standing in a degraded spot owing to drought. I took many photos with both the phone and the camera from many different angles and settings. It was a good exercise. |

Excellent editing Pat. A whimsical display - I wonder if they have a corresponding one in the men's? |

Your yard is obviously an inviting environment for all these critters and plants that enable them to thrive. You have created a lovely image of a common flower with its busy little passenger. On my computer, the background colours are showing up in complementary blue tones. Looks really good. Are you extending your project to include flowers now? |

Hello and welcome Phillipa. I think I have seen some of your fabulous creative work through MGPS - this one is way up there. A beautiful dreamy image. |

I see what you mean about the bottom left corner in relation to the window but I don't think it's an issue. It's in keeping with the surreal nature of the image, including the ghostly figure which appears to be floating in air. It's nice to have happy accidents sometimes. |

That's a great image and obviously well thought out and executed. Definitely has emotional content. I really like it. |
