This is a merganser which is usually found in northern Europe and Asia. The photo was taken at the Bronx Zoo. I have been working on the photo to remove some of those distractions and make the catch light just a little bigger. |

I like the different layers from water all the way to horizon. Curious what it would look like in monochrome. Nice Job! |

Think it needs to be lightened. Would also try cropping some of the right. Good job getting detail on the male's wing! |

I like this a lot. I've never tried having only one color stand out. Just wish the face was sharper. |
