I have no feedback for your photo because for me it captures everything I love about Street Photography
* spontaneity
* movement
* unique lighting and colors
* a moment in time that you are able to share
* a story
a keeper and worth framing

Good capture and the title and description of the picture gives me insight on what you wanted to share in your image.
Once i adjusted my iPad screen to a brighter setting I was able to see a lot more details in your photo.

Life has many stories to tell and learn from. And your photo tells me a story.
I wonder what the writing on the wall says and how it might add to the story. I like the lighting in your photo because it blends the yellow letters on the trash bin and the bricks on the wall and the mans skin completion very nicely.
I wish i knew a little more about what was going on to the left and right of the man but your street photography captures another side of Cuba and life.

You took what could have been a very nice travel photo and made it very artsy and interesting.
At first I wasn't sure if that was snow & ice on/in your photo until i read your description and found out it was a puddle reflection.
The gold from the cathedral against that blue/purple/gray sky looks give your photo an oil painting feel which is cool.

Excellent advice on the flash! it was one of those photo walks where it was just my Fuji XT2 and a 27mm lens (no flash).
I have almost zero knowledge of Photoshop (but its on my bucket list to learn Photoshop one day) so i'm very limited on what post processing I do to my photos.
I appreciate you feedback
