The crop is excellent in the edited version and I like the addition of the green background. Its a very striking image. the hand causes me a little concern as its skin tone no longer matches her face and might belong to another individual |

I love this and admire your ability to capture an image with the ice puck in it! i tried to photograph ice hockey for the first time earlier this month and boy do they move. I have a few i like. I might post one later in the year! |

The action of the horses is all in the front. I love the way the hooves are kicking up the dust. I might be tempted to crop off the back horse and so the front group of horses become larger in the frame
If you shoot from a lower perspective.. eg through the fence railings rather than over them the horses look even bigger!! |

The edited image you have subsequently posted is excellent. Do you own a macro lens, might be fun to shoot along the lines and curves and produce a real abstract image |

I am guessing by the title that it is the lower part of the image you want us to concentrate on? I may have been tempted to photograph the light area and try to draw out the detail of the sand bar
I think also getting lower and shooting across the sand bar would also help this image |
