57 Mar 26 Comment I agree with Cindy. The neutral tones of the beads create a palette, and the way they're arranged gives it a nice sense of movement without trying too hard. The lighting is soft and natural, which adds to that calm, almost meditative vibe. Mar 22nd
57 Mar 26 Comment I think this image is a winner! Black and white is definitely the way to go. It helps to capture the textures and lines in the image. If you are considering entering any competitions, I would enter this image. Mar 22nd
57 Mar 26 Comment Interesting "slice-of-life" shot (and interesting subject). I am not sure I would go for eating an egg on a stick. How was it? I agree that black object on the left does nothing for the composition. If you can't remove it and keep the size, I would crop it out as well. Mar 22nd
57 Mar 26 Comment I agree with Bob about the color. I really like the macro composition. It feels like an underwater shot of plant life. The curves you matured are soft and flowing. My suggestion would be to soften that yellow highlight on the front leaf. It is a little distracting.
