A love the very simple subject and composition and it has a very MC Escher quality to it. You may want to try lightening the subject just a bit. |

You have a nice play of light and shadow in this image. I think you could enhance the texture on the rust on the image to. make it feel a little less flat in areas. I really like the area of the chain. |

I love the simplicity of this image. Tom's thought of turning it upside down is interesting. You may want to enhance the contrast to enhance the depth of the grooves. That may create a more interesting flow within the image. |

So great. I really want to know what he is thinking in this image! I love how you handled the post-processing and I also love the close-up shot. I would not change anything. |

Very fun image. I see what Cindy said about the rogue "a". I agree with Tom's suggestion of minimizing the highlights on the red ornament. Since that is the "hero" in the image, I think it makes it less distracting. I also like how that red ornament along with the surrounding ornaments are very focused. |

I like the composition, but I think for this image, I don't like the dark background. I would like to see a little more context where this was taken.. even if it is drastically blurred. Or I would crop in and really focus on the spikes of the cactus and the play on light and shadow of the plant. |
