Thanks Judy. That's a cool idea. Where was that webinar? |

I love the colors. Also a great composition and I like the shadows you captured on the wall. I wouldn't change anything. |

I really love this. I like the white on white of the bird and the background. I love the softness of the grey and wouldn't enhance it in anyway. I agree with Tom. Don't touch it. |

Great image! I like the textured background and how sharp the flower is. My only suggestion, because I am nit-picky, is to clean up some of the yellow pollen that settled on the petals. |

I think black and white was definitely the way to go. For me the tree competes with the cemetery. It is very busy. I am wondering how the shot would come out if you had sat on the ground and shot from a different angle. Maybe more straight on or slightly from below. |

Magnolia blossoms are a great subject! The center of the flower feels a little dark. I possibly lighten up that area a little. I do like how you caught the bees doing their thing. I agree with Jody about removing those bright spots in the corner. |

I love the mood created in this image. I don't find the leaves a distraction, because I think they help to frame in the rose bud that you are trying to highlight. The texture on the petal is great, but it does get a little funky just above it at the top of the petal. It looks a little unrealistic or over processed. I'm not really sure. |

I like the contrast of the bright green against the dark background. I would love to see this cropped in even more so you know it is still a leaf, but it has more of an abstract quality. You can really enhance the veins too. |

Lucky the bees stood still long enough for you to shoot them!! I really like this image. The image is really sharp, especially on the bees wings. I also like your background blur. I wouldn't do much to change it. I think you captured a perfect moment in time.
And welcome to the group!! |

Great image. I have taken several photos of chains along the way as well, and I think they make a great subject. Did you try bumping up the clarity or sharpening the image at all? Just thinking that may enhance some of the rust texture. |

First, love the experimenting. Second, I think the image is fun. You aren't really sure what the object is and I like the double negative feel you created. |

Love the colors in this image. I also like the texture you captured on the petals. Each line of orange jumps out of the age. The curves of each petal are also really lovely. It has an abstract quality. |

I love the lines in this image. The spikes on the cacti are going in different directions and it allows you to dance around the image. It does feel a little dark to me. I know you mentioned darkening the background and maybe it was way too busy, but I think you lose some of the edges of the spikes. |
