I love your composed images. This one is fun. I assume the rain backdrop and the wood table were 2 separate images and then you added the elements. For me I would like to see the entire image brighter. maybe you were going for dark, but I would love to see it brighter. |

I love this image. I think black and white was definitely the way to go. It really sets a mood. I think you have a nice range of tones on the leaf and I like how the leaf itself is lighter than the background. |

Sometimes I find my best subjects at Home Depot or the supermarket!! I like what you did. I think the colors are great and you achieved a nice painterly effect on the flower. I know you blurred the background, but I find it slightly distracting. I think it is the contrast of the dark against the green. It just seems busy to me. I am not sure there is anything you can really do about it though. |

Nice scene. I agree with Robert's suggestions about cropping in a little. It tightens up the image and allows you to focus on the boat. It also eliminates the little cloud floating off of the top. If you felt strongly about not cropping, I would still get rid of that cloud. |

It is a lovely image. I actually like the contrast of color on the mushroom in the original, even thought the original is too dark over all. I would try to keep some of that darker brown around the top of the mushroom in the edited one. I like the proper blur you achieved on the scallions in the back. I would fix the edge of whatever the red object it is because it lines up perfectly with the stem of the mushroom. This is probably a result of the angle in which you took the picture. |

I find so much grass distracting. I love shooting mushrooms and since they are the focus of the image, why not try cropping in on them a little bit more? Other wise, I think you captures the unique lines and textures of the mushrooms very well. |

Great capture! I love the grey background, because it enhances the feeling of the photo...cold!! The bird feeder pops on the image along with the bird. The water droplets on the bottle are great as well. Really love this!! |

I agree! I love the contrast of texture and color of the ice against the mud. I am wondering if you are able to clarify or sharpen the texture of the ice a little bit more to make it pop out? The ice looks a little "flat" which I am sure it was not. |

I think it is well done and really interesting. I still find the background to be a little distracting. Maybe try cropping in even more. You would lose the shape of some of the horns, but maybe it will enhance the textures? |

Cool abstract image. Before I read your title, I though maybe it was a tire tread. At closer look, you do get more of that metallic effect. I'm not sure if so much blur on the bottom works for me. I would either crop it in a bit or try to get more of it in focus. |

The mixture of textures int he image is amazing. The image is really crisp. I am wondering what it would look like if you pulled back slightly on the darker tones. I would leave them around the edge, but the darkness seems a little too much toward the middle. |
