I like the surreal/fantasy image you created. I wold remove the rock though (is that a rock. It is distracting. Otherwise I love it! |

I like Dorinda's version of the black and white image. You would need more contrast. Me personally, I like the color version better. I think the colors make it more of a dramatic scene. You should crop it in the same as the b & w one and see how that looks. |

The shoes do look a little off, especially since the rest of him is all in focus. I would crop out the car as well. I tried to see if you could crop off mid-leg, but it looks weird. It is a great snap shot of a moment in time though!! |

Nice flower shot. I like the composition of how the three flowers curve up in the shot. You didn't compromise any of the texture of the flowers and you can really feel the folds of the petals. |

Really dramatic composition. The sky is a little grainy, but that was probably based on camera settings. The buoy is bright, but I am not sure I would remove it. I like it as part of the composition. Maybe there is a way to tone down the color? |

Your cropping and color enhancements make this image much better. I like the painterly quality. Although there isn't much going on in the image, I think it is a beautiful landscape shot. |

I don't think it is a hat meed either. I like the color more than the original. You can always clone out those little dots in photoshop. If you weren't going for true product photography, I would consider cropping in for a funky abstract image. And keep experimenting!! |

Very interesting. First, I love the color of the background. The Walking Stick bug is a little blown out and I don't mind the double shadow so much. I think it adds to the surreal-ness of the image. You could try cropping off some of the right portion of the image. It might just add a little drama. |

I agree with Laurie. The one leaf the butterfly is not on could be blurred out a little more. You could probably do this in Photoshop. You could even get rid of it all together. Other wise, I think it is a great shot.
Planning on trying to grow milkweed in my own yard next season to attract more butterflies. |

I think this has a lot of potential. I like the blur in the background on the wine bottles, because you still know exactly what you are looking at. The wine glass is perfectly in focus. I would try to see if you have any room to add a little space to the bottom, because you are very close to the bottom of the glass hitting the edge of the photo and I would try to clone out the reflections of the people in the wine glass. The other reflections don't bother me, but that does. |

I think this is a great shot and you have a lot of nice detail in the Flamingo. I would get rid of some of the lighter dots around his face and beak. The brown at the bottom is kind of boring compared to the beautiful green above, but as Laurie said, I am not sure you have room to crop it off. |

It feels a little dark at the bottom to me, but I really like the layering of the leaves and the pattern of the lines that are created and how that contrasts with the red flower buds coming up through them. |
