I think this is a very interesting image that has a lot of potential. The colors seem faded, either that or the bouncing back of the light is bothersome to me. Initially, I would say maybe black and white would help, but I like the color version as well. I am wondering if you could try sharpening it?

I like the blue tone throughout and I also like the lines created by the crops. They curve around and lead your eye through the piece. |

Lovely abstract pastel! I don't think you need to crop it. |

I love this! I think it has a great quality about it! I like the composition and I think the flowers are nicely done. Great background, although it looks a little unrealistic. I took a photography workshop and ended up shooting some flowers outside on my back deck with the flowers in a vase on the table. It just so happened my chairs ended up being the background. Needless to say, the instructor wasn't happy because my background didn't look "natural". I redid the assignment. I thin vignetting would help, but no to harsh. |

I like the composition and I think the focus stacking worked well. I think having the background blur works too. For me, a macro fiend, I would prefer to see the whole part of that flower in focus and crisp. Then I think it would really pop. |

I think this is a great perspective and without seeing the original, I am guessing your painterly technique makes it more interesting. I love adding effects to my images!! I actually like either treatment. I do like the subdues colors in the original you posted, but I think it does lend itself well to a black and white. |

I like the back lit effect as well. It makes the image more interesting. I kind of like the negative space above the snail. I feel like it adds to the overall piece. The image would feel different if you cropped it. |

I think the background is still fighting with the foreground flower. What does the original look like? I don't mind the center composition. You also have a lot of noise on the flower. You might be able to eliminates some of that in photoshop. |

I like the darkened background and how you can still see the subtle hint of leaves. It makes the flower really pop. I struggle getting my calla lilies to look interesting, but you definitely have with the angle you shot the flower. I also like the bright edge of the foreground leaf. It makes for interesting lines that help lead your eye. |

First, I love the play of different textures. Each element of the image has something different. I think the composition works well and the image is very clear. Nice job. |

I think it is really beautiful. I love the composition and I think the water drops look great. Everything is very crisp. For my taste, I would have tried to brighten the color of the rose a bit. |
