2 Aug 19 Reply Thank you, Bob. I do want to learn to stack images. Haven't quite gotten there yet with my editing. Aug 5th
2 Aug 19 Reply Excellent. Thank you for the guidance! Aug 5th
2 Aug 19 Comment I see some great lines in this image, from the wheels on the sprinkler to the water coming from the sprinkler. Very nice! Aug 5th
2 Aug 19 Comment I like the story your picture tells. The colors are wonderful. I agree on eliminating the green leaf in the background as it's just a distraction. And toning down the blown-out portion on the petal. But it is a beautiful image. Aug 5th
2 Aug 19 Comment I'm always fascinated by the images people capture of the sky. This is beautiful. I don't know much about editing for the nightsky to give any suggestions, but I like your edits to your original image. Aug 5th
2 Aug 19 Comment The seagull looks like a creature from Wonderland or someplace else fantastical. Well done! Aug 5th
2 Aug 19 Comment These are gorgeous. I like how the light is hitting the flowers and that there is a random purple iris amongst the yellow ones. I was so drawn to the flowers that I didn't notice the brown Laurie mentions until I read her comment. But once I saw it, it was there. I like the edit you posted to her comment. Aug 5th
2 Aug 19 Reply Thank you, Piers.

I think I capture the crop you recommend.

2 Aug 19 Reply Thank you!

I've been trying different f-stops to see what works best for the lighting and subject. It's fun experimenting!

2 Aug 19 Reply Hi Shirley,

I actually bought a loose bouquet and tried to get pictures of several types of flowers, but this one was my favorite. I just loved seeing the pollen in between the petals.

I cropped it and I agree that it looks better. Not perfect, but better.

3 Aug 19 Comment Hi - visiting from Group 2. This photo caught my eye as I was scrolling through the current images pages. This is a wonderful image. I only recently started doing macro and I've found myself fascinated by pollen...which you've captured perfectly on the bee.

89 Aug 19 Comment Hello, dropping in from Group 2.

I kind of want the pet the moth - it looks so fluffy!

I really like how you brought out the colors with the edits you made.

I might crop it a bit more to get rid of the black spot on the left.
