This brings me back to the pumpkin picking I do with my family every year. The white gourds are a bit bright, I suggest fixing the highlights a bit. I like the lines created by the pumpkins. |

Update: The noise was definitely due to my monitor. Looks fine today as I'm looking from a different monitor. |

This is an interesting photo. I like the lines the surfboards create. I agree with Piers on the little bit of sunlight. It could be darkened so to be not so bright. |

This is one of those pictures that made me actually say "oooo" when I saw it. Oddly, the rainbow looks a bit faded here, but on the main page with the thumbnails, it looked bright. I like the crop and I have to say, the village looks as though it might have some leprechauns roaming around looking for a way back to Ireland. |

I like how the nest is nestled in the thorns...a safety zone for the chicks. I like how you cropped it from the original photo. |

Thank you, Laurie. Do you think the bottom is okay? I keep looking at it and maybe it's because I know it's all the trees and branches and trash that's washed down river, I think it might be good to just trim out? |

Shirley, this is beautiful. I like how the sunlight is hitting the tulips and making them shine from the inside out, almost as though there was a small flame inside.
I might have cropped it a bit more on the top, the blurred flowers are a bit distracting to me. Other than that, it's something I could see framed on my wall. |

My very first reaction to this is "awwwww, so cute!"
I agree with your choice to crop to just the baby, though the original image is also interesting.
I'm not sure if it's my monitor or not, but the crop looks noisy to me and there may be too much on the vignette. Perhaps a bit less so the monkey's face is a bit lighter? |
