Thanks Adrian. I also cropped the BW version like yours but decided to show this version as it is the same format as my colored version in DD66. |

Jen, Good that there is a small amount of light where the tracks converge in the distance. There are quite a bit of branches at the top which are not as interesting to me as the bridge itself. I wonder if a tighter crop of the bridge would give it more emphasis? In my opinion, the graffiti adds to its character...thanks for sharing. |

Adrian, This is a good portrait and I like the fact that it appears to me to be opening its mouth which adds to my interest. The eye is positioned slightly off center with room on the left for it to gaze which works well. I wonder if making the background darker would make the Iguana stand out even more? Thanks for sharing. |

Ed, Its nice to see that you found an interesting subject that may have been missed by many. I especially like the randomness of the shavings. The crop is a little too tight for me on the right as it cuts into one of the elements. I would also lessen the vignette as it draws my immediate attention and I wonder why it is so strong which takes away my attention on the image itself. Thanks for sharing. |

Emil, I like the toning this image has and the strong contrast between the road and foliage work well too. I would consider removing the small amount of overhanging leaves about a quarter ways in from the right. Thanks for sharing.

Gary, I like the treatment of the barn and foliage very much. My only critique is that painterly effect in the sky draws my attention away so for me I would tend to make that less pronounced. |

Thanks Palli, I posted a BW version at digital dialogs group 47. My version has a cooler tone which I think works better with the snow like appearance...
