Like that you cropped out everything except the otter! You have to see him. The water behind him is unfocused and sets him off but the water right in front of him is clear and enhances what is happening. Great photo and well honed! |

Janet, as I was struggling with DD90 while traveling I commented on you photo. I don't know where it went but it didn't end up in DD90@!
I love the clarity and the light reflected back by the chrysalides. Nice to show the next step in the process with the hatching! |

Richard, that is something else! Hard to believe he is real! The focus is perfect (on the top of his head you can see little individual'hairs' standing up. The soft background sets him off very nicely. Impressive! |

Barbara, I love this. The Mist/fog makes for a perfect background and framing. The two wolves being different colors adds to the interest. |

Frans - If I am reading correctly this is a baby Orangatang being held by its mother. The mother makes a wonderful background! The details in the baby's face tell a lot. Great shot! |
