Nice capture Marge! Love how sharp and in focus it is. Its hard to get that when they are feeding. I feel like its a bit flat, the lighting isn't the greatest, but you can't always help that. I would bump up the exposure and shadows in PS and see if that helps. Also crop out (or next time take a wider shot) a bit more to include the shadow of the bird, that would add a bit more interest to the photo. The action and composition is good! |

Kerstin, what a great way to showcase your garden fay's. Love it. The bokeh in the background is spot on and your subjects perfectly sharp. I agree with Art, its a bit to bright on the subject for me. I would have liked the lighting on the fey to be a little bit less harsh, you would have more detail come out then. Other then that great shot and use of your imagination! |

What a great opportunity for you! I like the lighting on her hair and left side of the body. Cool shot all around, only suggestion would be to not crop in quite so tight. I would leave some room on the top and bottom to give a better sense of her being in the air and you lose that with such a tight crop. |

Amazing capture and hard to get the whole bird so sharp. I struggle with that on my bird shots. Good subject shot with the bird and the fish, gives interest to it. The lighting on the bird is wonderful! My only critique is that the reflection of the bird on the bottom distracts from the photo, I would either crop it out or show the whole reflection. |

Gabriele, I really like the composition and the colors are magnificent. I am not sure if its my computer or the photo, but its a bit noisy for me. At those settings it shouldn't be so its probably my computer resolution. The only thing I would have liked to see is a bit of the beach in the bottom or give the eye something to lead up to the sun. Otherwise great shot! |
