Bob, I agree that a different angle would produce a better image. I could not open Topaz in my latest edition of Elements so I opened an older version to take advantage of Topaz restyle. Yes, it is a wild version but I had to try something. |

Very nice action shot and these jumps are a challenge. Continuous focus/motor setting can help with shooting jumpers. I did some jumpers years ago and all of us had lots of "missed" jumps. Color is nice and the background is uncluttered. Well done. |

Karen, I like your crop. Not sure about the color though. I will have to experiment more with it. |

You are looking up. I think the stairway was closed and I wouldn't have climbed it anyway:-). The lower left corner was very bright so I tried cloning red bricks to darken it. |

Nice capture of the spider. They are fascinating critters--except the bad ones! I also like Tim's crop. The angle of the web really enhances the image. |

It is nice that you were able to catch something after adisappointing day at the zooo. I agree with all the comments about cropping. I think smaller aperture would have yielded a better shot. A lot is out of focus but the rat is sharp. |
