I am impressed with your use of a microscope to get this image. The bright areas bother me because they take us away from the critter. I used Gigapixel to enlarge it and used DeNoise and sharpen and cropped severely to put more emphasis on the subject. I am a novice at processing still, but wanted to see what I could do with it. |

You certainly have a way with flowers. I like the dew drops and the spots don't bother me too much. I find the bright areas in the background bother me more. I darkened the background--see what you think. |

Your image has created a good discussion. I find it a bit dark, but that could be my eyes or monitor or both. I added fill light with Viveza and cropped it. I think there is still plenty of light to lead us to the walkers. I also like the mono version Karen did. |

Karen, You sure have more patience than I do! Well done as id the other one you posted. I wouldn't have a clue how to do what Elaine did! Great color and composition, but I agree with Gunter about cropping on the left. |

My club has had assignments in the past of "different point of view" just to get us to look up and down and all around. I have to keep reminding myself to do that. Sometimes the best photo is behind us. |

Thanks, Gunter. I think it is good, especially with digital to try different views, and once on the floor, I take several hoping at least one will work. Getting up is he challenge. |

Elaine, I find my phone does do a better job on tight quarters and indoors than my camera does. I am glad I upgraded from my 6+! I have several extra cameras on my phone that are fun to experiment with too. |

First, a big welcome to our group. Your image shows you will fit in nicely. I do have a light box and have tried this in the past, but not with your success. I tried rotating your image before I saw you had done that, but i have a different view. There are several ways to display this lovely image. This is a reminder to all of us to think about different views.
I don't think we have been to SW MO, but my father was from KC so we visited there as kids. We have driven through on I70 many times. |

I love it. Your image shows creativity in seeing a different view of mother and calf. I like seeing images I haven't seen before or that I have seen so many times it is overkill. This works well in monochrome, but think it would work in color too. I like Karen's crop. Well done. |
