Thanks, Karen. I do like it with clouds and will look through my sky file to find an appropriate one. |

I have a sky collection and could replace this one more easily that one with trees! |

I like your cropping. I tend not to tamper too much with this kind of photo since i enter photo travel a lot. I could change it for PID and have done on occasion with other photos. |

Great color with a touch of mystery. I can see the house and lighthouse better in Gunter's version, but not sure why. I think either crop suggested could work. I would prefer to see less foreground. You show it does pay to get up early! |

I love it! Great color and the reflection really makes it special. I don't know what MirrorLab is, but think I should find out. This photo has impact and should do well in competition. |

As usual, you did a great job. It is sharp and shows the details. With wildlife, it it hard to get everything right no matter how many shots one takes. The position doesn't bother me. It would have been nice to see the horn more clearly, but that isn't a biggie either. Well done. |

First, congratulations on your success in the World Shoot Out. I love the feel of the gown, but would like to see the model's face. It is hard for me to tell what it is, except for the arm which is visible. I like the color version you submitted later much better. |

I agree that this is a wonderful portrait of this veteran. It shows real character and the detail is excellent. The background is helpful and perfect for the image. Well done. |
