Thanks, Tim. I think I will try it in a PSA Exhibition. Some of my stairways have done well. We aren't traveling much due to the pandemic and other issues. So I play with what I have.

Bob,.
I didn't have much time to work on your image. I also prefer Gunter's version! I don't know about masks and should learn. The filter that is similar is Neural Art in the Artisto app. I haven't used Topaz Studio much, but use some of the old filters in Topaz Labs. Keep at your abstracts. I love them and often get the same response...usually from those who don't understand them. See https://nvacc.org/home/. There is an abstract competition in VA every year. |

Bob, you give me too much credit on processing. I don't use PS or LR! I use PS Elements and plug-ins. I do use several apps on my iPad and that is how I did both the images. I used to use Roll World, but it is no longer available so have to use Tiny Planets and then other effects. There is much I have to learn about processing, but there never seems to be time. Thanks for your comments. |

You certainly picked a good subject and one that is fun to experiment with. For me, this is a bit overdone. I have Topaz Studio and don't have that filter. I have impressionism and others. I have seen one similar to this used with a lesser effect. I used Impressionism and included my version. I like Gunter's image too. I have a recollection that I had a filter like what you used, but don't know what happened to it. |

I love this shot. One of the speakers at the PSA Festival spoke about long exposure for clouds which I hadn't thought about trying. I always mean to get my ND filters out and try this on water, but haven't done much of that yet. The color of the water doesn't bother me as I like the flow you got. The large rock on the right balances well against the left side of the image. Well done. |

Kudos for getting up early! You certainly got the boat leaving in the right spot with no mergers. The foreground also bothers me as does the bright light in the foreground. Well seen. |

Gunter,
I am not sure what the original was, but the one I started with for current image is being sent. I enjoy Tiny Planets and Circular apps on my iPad/iPhone. I do get carried away and toss many. |
