Bob,
I don't have Glow, but have most of Topaz and still haven't learned to use most of it. I'll have to work on this one some more as there is much that can be done with it, including passing it by! |

Karen, I agree. I almost always convert to monochrome. As an OLD darkroom worker, I love monochrome and most images work as monochrome. I tried several filters with this but some were too gaudy. |

This makes a great silhouette and monochrome is quite appropriate. I'll have to remember this place if we get to FL again! I think we were there many years ago. I tended to stick to the gulf coast since I had a friend who spent the winter in Bradenton. She introduced me to may great nature spots.
I do wish the bird was on the right side. |

Foggy scenes are appealing as is this one. I agree that it needs a bit more contrast. I'd love to know where it was taken. I may have overdone the processing.
I've forgotten where in the Mid-Atlantic you are bu remember it is not close to DC. |

Beautiful catch. The tongue makes it different from so many that we see and that is a big plus. The background is nicely blurred. How lucky to have a nice place to stay near all that nature. I don't think I have even gotten a super shot in RMNP, but all my visits were mostly drive through. I may have some slides taken on a photo trip with friends eons ago.
I'd like to see a highlight in the eye, but you can't have everything:-). Well done. |
