29 Aug 19 Reply The water is filled with stems and "junk" so I darkened it. There were workers in the lily ponds cleaning the plants.It was so long ago, that I don't remember all I did. Longwood is huge and full of photo ops. I wish I could go more often. It was free when I was growing up in Delaware, but it is expensive to maintain so there is charge now. Tripods are permitted at some times. Aug 13th
29 Aug 19 Comment A great shot! I love the simplicity of it and the colors are nice too. It would be a great monochrome image too. I love stairways and this one is special. I would have to play with it in RollWorld on my iPad. I have fun with that app especially with stairways and fences.The lines, angles and shadows all contribute to a great image. Aug 13th
29 Aug 19 Comment This is a well caught moment and could do well in PJ or travel. The group of 3 is the "right" number, but I would like to see the face of the man in the shorts. All that, if you set it up, then it can't go in PJ or PT. The color is great and I assume the food is too. Aug 13th

29 Aug 19 Comment They are funny birds and they race in some places. I saw them in South Africa many years ago and even tried eating part of an ostrich egg. They are so hard, one can stand on them. So this picture brings back nice memories and also causes me to chuckle. I might crop a bit off the top, but otherwise it is well composed and exposed. Aug 13th
