Very nice! I love all of Longwood and visited there a lot when I was living in Wilmington and relatives came to visit. It was free then!! I added a bit of contrast and detail. I think the black makes for a great background. There is a lot of junk in the water that we don't want in our pictures. Going back through old pictures is always worthwhile. I have been doing that too and found some usable ones--even when I wasn't shooting raw. |

I love these flowers and you did a good job keeping everything in focus. The color is good too. Maybe because I have heard or read so much that blemishes on flowers and other nature subjects being a distraction, I had to try to remove as many as I could. One solution is to put a new background in. |

This is a lovely setting and makes a nice travel image. I added some tonal contrast and detail with NIK Color Efex Pro, lightened the darkest areas and cropped a bit from the bottom to bring more attention to the fisherman. See how you like what I did. |

I looked at this first on my iPad and it looked very unsharp so I was pleasantly surprised when i saw it on my computer. It looks very sharp now so whatever was done made a big difference! I added a skylight filter and a bit of detail. It is a lovely image especially taken through a window. I'l like to see pictures from the concert. |

No, I didn't add the eye--it would have gotten me in trouble! However, that is what caught my eye--pardon the pun. I just saw it as a fun image. |

Tam, It was such a creepy place I wanted to over-saturate it and perhaps overdid it! I have other versions of it so may try one of them. Thanks. |

This is a cute boy and I think you captured a nice moment. However, the glare really is distracting. Also, there is a blotchy area on his face that was probably caused by the flare. I was unable to remove it, but maybe you can. I darkened the bright spot a bit, rotated and cropped it a bit. I can see why you grabbed some shots. I love photographing kids and did a lot many years ago. |

Bob,
I like the fact that you got up to take fog pictures! It has a nice feeling of mistiness. I used NIK tonal adjustment and detail extractor and then Topaz DeNoise to clear up the sky a bit. I also cloned out what must have been rain spots...or my vision! U am not sure about cropping the bottom as there is no good place that still shows more of the Needle. I did crop on the right side a little to make the Needle more prominent.
It is well done especially for a handheld shot. |
