14 Jan 20 Reply Good idea - I think that would work. Thanks. Jan 13th
14 Jan 20 Reply Thanks for your input Arun. I'll look at the original crop and see what I can do. Jan 13th
14 Jan 20 Comment How can you go wrong with a beautiful landscape like Yellowstone and capturing the wildlife there in action? I understand your being hesitant to crop the photo further, but if you could, I would have also taken a bit off the bottom snowfield to direct the focus on the wildlife as much as possible while still giving a feel for the environment. What a fun shot! Jan 8th
14 Jan 20 Reply Good point! The added image also shows off the extent of the ruin too. Jan 8th
14 Jan 20 Comment What a great job staging this photograph - all elements do a great job of keeping my eye in the photograph. I think it was a good choice to go black/white as well. The only thing that bothers me a bit, is the building intersecting the gentlemen's neck. Other than that - I believe the photograph works! Jan 8th
14 Jan 20 Comment It wouldn't work for all photos and I can see where the border could be distracting or even detract from a photo. That said, I kind of like the postcard look that the border provides for this photograph. I particularly like how you cropped the photo. Hoping to get to Budapest this year and see the church myself. A very lovely night image! Jan 7th
14 Jan 20 Comment Your selection of monochrome, treatment of the sky and other post processing efforts were great choices. It appears to be a massive structure - something captured though - a bird, tourist, etc. might have helped show off the scale. Just a thought. Jan 7th
14 Jan 20 Comment The wonderful lighting and the pattern in the fields keep my eye at the bottom half of the photograph. Think I agree with Xiao Cai that the upper half occupies too much of the photo easily fixed with cropping, otherwise a beautiful landscape. Jan 7th
14 Jan 20 Reply Thanks for giving me some ideas to play with. I appreciate your input Bill. Jan 7th
