Great colors. This could be a Norman Rockwell painting. How are you getting the "painting" effect - is that from Topaz? |

A beautiful image Sumit. I really like the way that the sky turned out after your processing. This image had a great feel to it. |

Nice image Lou. There are so many great places to shoot in Budapest. The image is very well composed and exposed. Good job with the DOF as well. Where were you when you took this shot - looks like you were up high? |

Charles, I really like the composition and the sunset sky. I agree with Gary that the image is a bit dark. The sharpness is fine, especially considering that you weren't using a tripod. |

I like the vertical perspective. Very clean lines. I agree that this a terrific B & W image. |

Gary thanks for your comments. My primary thought process when taking this image was since it was at night and I didn't have a tripod that I needed to use a fast shutter speed. I was actually surprised to get this one fairly clear image. I had a bunch that weren't usable. Regarding post-processing, I used auto straighten in Lightroom. I also boosted clarity and made some sharpening adjustments to improve the sharpness. |
