87 Dec 23 Comment So sorry your trip was disrupted, but glad you are safe. Ephesus, Corinth and Athens are all very interesting destinations, and these mosaics are amazingly well preserved. I agree with Lance about your framing of the scene. The quality of the phone image is great. I need to start shooting in raw with mine. It's a 14, but still pretty good if I would just use it properly! Dec 2nd
87 Dec 23 Comment Wonderful to catch wildlife exhibiting an interesting behavior. I find myself wondering if it is expressing annoyance that you are invading its territory or calling to a buddy or sending out a warning or... I find it very enjoyable. Dec 2nd

87 Dec 23 Comment Interesting image! It does look like the bare trees are dead and standing in the water. Was this area dammed to create a lake? The B&W works well and the contrast between the dead trees and the trees with foliage creates a layered effect that adds to the interest. Dec 2nd
