All your practice with this difficult subject paid off! Very nice, sharp hummer - I especially love the feet! |

Beautiful, simple and evocative - the essence of a Greek island sunrise. Thanks for sharing! |

You certainly reacted quickly and expertly! Wonderful capture and definitely smile inducing. I did have the same thought Will (and Steven's inner wife voice) had about touching the cute little critters! |

Wow, this month has been an education in the capabilities of phone cameras! I find IR interesting, but haven't wanted to invest in converting a camera. You have come up with an economical as well as technically excellent alternative! Your image is stunning. The detail, the composition, the geese - even the foreground grass - are all perfectly balanced. I love it! |

You have really succeeded in showing your son's strength and character in this excellent portrait. The lighting and the B&W processing both add to the overall sense of focus and resolve that Chris's expression conveys. You are obviously proud of your son and you can be proud of the portrait you have created. |

Hi Lance,
Sorry to be MIA this month, but happy to be catching up. Your image has a very dream-like quality, which is appropriate for a 2:30 am endeavor! How interesting to be exploring the capabilities of the phone camera, and doing a series seems especially appropriate. I agree that the grain adds interest without blurriness or even fogginess - a very unusual photograph! |
