Hi Graham!
So California, with pedestrians crossing wherever and cars patiently waiting! You did a great job capturing the steepness of the hill and I really like the perspective. I would have liked a tiny bit more light on the face of the man in the foreground, as he is so close to the camera, but perhaps the way it is makes it more anonymous and evocative of a busy city. |

Hi Dale,
Definitely a photogenic subject, and so cooperative! He doesn't look the least bit guilty about occupying a forbidden chair. Your wonderful focus rally shows off his wrinkles and ears and sad expression, and your choice of B&W works well. This photo should be printed and hung on the wall above this chair! |

Hi Steven,
Beautiful cityscape! It looks very food in B&W, but the color version is nice, too. The B&W makes it more abstract, to me. Beautiful clouds and reflections - an all-around excellent image! |

Hi Chan,
This is an interesting image and I like the choice of B&W, as it keeps the attention on the textures and tones. I especially like the reflections in the side of the vehicle, and I think the close crop was a good decision - I might have made it even closer to the man's back to exclude whatever that is behind him. |

Hi Lance,
I like the dreamy feel of this image, and the blue tone gives it a wintery feel. I also like the range of tones from the dark trunk to the lighter branches and the slightly subdued reflection. I'm not sure if a wider shot would complete the image or introduce distractions, but my tendency is to go with the crop. |
