Hi Graham,
Sorry I didn't see this sooner - what a lovely image of Yosemite! The fog and the snow make it very special. And the waterfall so full! Such an iconic place, and you really captured it. |

Hi Mike! A very interesting experiment! The camera shake really changed it from an ordinary fireworks shot to something with an Eastern feel to it. And the 90 degree turn after mirroring added even more to the effect - looks related to a Mandela. I like it a lot!

Your project sounds very interesting - it is very novel to see things from an insect's point of view! I'm imagining insect sounds in the audio track - I love the whole concept of intimate glimpses of nature.
The light and shadow and the shapes of the leaves and branches create a wonderful small world within the picture. |

I didn't crop the stone out of the version I submitted, but I went back and looked at several other versions and found one with more of the stone. I took that one from a lower vantage point, so got more of the fence in the background including some cross pieces. I think that is why I chose the one I did, but in the light of your comment I am rethinking that. |
