I can definitely see why you stopped for that shot. I have walked some of that trail near Philadelphia when my son was a graduate student at Wharton. It is beautiful in lots of places. Thanks for providing your original shot. Maybe we should all be doing that all of the time. It gives me good ideas about improving photos. |

This is beautiful. I think it would be even more effective if the bottom part of the picture were also part of the silhouette effect. And I also cropped it to an 8 x 10 size. |

The image of Mt. Fuji is just breathtaking. The dead trees in the foreground are a bit of a problem, but it's still beautiful. |

Wow, what beautiful lines and color. The one thing that is a little distracting for me is the dark strip horizontally right through the middle of the image. But I guess if that shadow weren't there, the rest of the image wouldn't be so beautiful. Hard to know. |
