Hi Elsie, hope you are well.
Another scene that benefits from using more open space in defining a sense of "place". The soft overall lighting is calming. I do however have one criticism: I wish the boats were set more to one side ... and in this case perhaps bias to the left of the frame, but not necessarily so.
"Points to Ponder"
In this case, they are only slightly biased to the right-side of the frame that may trigger a little visual unbalance. Of course, you can alter the composition by cropping out most of the left-side frame, but then the "vastness" the boats float on is lost.

Hi Micheal! Hope you and your members are well!
Because it was strange or at least unusual to see the
culvert in this space ... its important to transmit that experience to the viewer: in this case, the wide angle view using space to help define a sense of "Place" is most vital in presenting an engaging composition.
Where the the featured (cropped-view) composition can be anywhere ... and thus truncates any expression or experience you enjoyed in real-time you are trying to convey.
