Looks like you had beautiful Iris's this year as well. I look forward to them each spring and they smell sooo good!! Anyways this is a color combo I don't have in my collection yet. It's very pretty and you captured it in a pleasing way. I would have to agree that the background should be a bit darker to make the flower pop but other then that its a great shot.

Very Pretty. The color is soft but at the same time its vibrant. The focus is consistent across the flower and the lighting is perfect. I like the black background but I'm glad you left a leaf, it gives it depth. Keep up the great work! |

I chased a butterfly around my yard the other day for a long time and never got a picture of it, so good job getting this shot. The detail you captured is so awesome, I would love to see your best shot, I bet it's fantastic. Don't stop chasing bugs, you make them look good! : ) |

Thank you everyone for the nice comments. This is my last submission to the group. I've really enjoyed the last few months seeing all your beautiful pictures, but right now I'm doing more then I have time for. I may be back later in the fall, but if not then I wanted to say goodbye and to tell you to never stop capturing the beauty in the world, that so many people overlook. Take Care and God Bless! |
