Emil, what a gentle, graceful image. It is very artsy. Perhaps there could be more contrast between the tree and background. Would you consider a colorized version? |

Henry, this is such a fresh, grand recomposing of a familiar scene. It is simply wonderful. I like everything about it. Its depth, tonality, details and even how the sky fits the rest of the composition. I will not see Monument Valley the same again. |

Gary, good use of a smartly posed showgirl. Very retro indeed. I like the sepia tone and the vignette. As always, your processing is masterful. Too bad the model didn't have a long stemmed cigarette. Just kidding. |

Jack, the Buddha is such a powerful presence in this image that a viewer hardly notices the wire. Nonetheless, it might benefit from its removal. I like the perspective and lighting and use of the water. Nice work. |

Arik, I like how you used the curved trees to frame in the image. We hesitate in IR to include human subjects, but the runner completes this composition. Very dreamy, very well done. |

Melanie, I know what you mean about buses. I was more lucky because my wife is Chinese, but still I had to deal with trains and subways. I like how you featured the leaf and brought out its textures. Eliminating the y branch helped the viewer focus more on the leaf. Not bad work given the restrictions of a tour bus. |

Very, very creative Quang Phan. The bear preys on the rest of the elements of the image. It is so strong. Did you fiddle with alternative double images placing the bear in a more or less imposing position? |

Sanat, this image reminds me of the work of Steve McCurry. That's a big compliment. The colors are wonderful and the arrangement of the umbrellas is fetching. What would the image look like if you removed distractions in the background and perhaps blurred it? |

Brian, there is a lot to see in this image. It is complex. Drawing attention to the white bird in flight gives the image a center that arrests some of the complexity. Have you tried a crop that captures just the bird? |

Brian, I like picky. Yes, the image is a bit tilted. Thanks for the keen eye. |

Mark, great subject, nicely reimagined. I like the crop to put more emphasis on the barn. Making the sky gray and keeping the colors subtle pulls the composition together. This might make a good monochrome black & white image. |
