88 May 25 Comment Brian, this is a powerful image. I like how the composition is centered on the lines in the road and how it declares a story about travel and where roads can take you. Even with an F2 aperture, your depth of field is quite sufficient. The shadows and highlights on the road add to the appeal and mystery that this image evokes. May 31st
88 May 25 Comment Sanat, it is easy to love this image. The contrast of the blue sky with the vibrant gold bridge that reflects so nicely in the river; what's not to like in this gorgeous image? May 31st
88 May 25 Comment Quang Phan, the CN Tower is a fetching subject when in Toronto (one of my favorite cities). I like what you did to bring out the effects of sunset on the sky. You also handled the vertical distortions caused by angle of perspective. There is a speck to the left of the tower either caused by dust on the sensor, or perhaps a bird? But very interesting composition. May 31st
88 May 25 Comment Brian, you have a keen eye to discern the single dark tree. It is an unexpected portrait. To increase its appeal, what can be done to draw more attention to it? Cropping might help, for example, cropping out the other dark tree on the right side of the frame. May 31st
88 May 25 Comment Mark, this is a splendid street scene. You hit the shutter button at the right moment to capture "the boys" enjoying each other's companionship. I note some minor issues with depth of field, but otherwise, it is a classic street scene. May 31st
88 May 25 Reply I had a similar reaction to the rock on the right side, but chose to keep it by raising its illumination to that on the left. Rock formations are a type of abstract art. May 26th
88 May 25 Reply Sedona is a spiritual place. A must for a landscape enthusiast. Thanks for supporting the sky replacement May 26th
88 May 25 Reply I tweaked the highlights, but maybe some dodging might help?

88 May 25 Reply Brian, yes if the blue in the gray tones were enriched, the original sky could work May 26th
