The clouds crowd together near the distant horizon, but with a crafty use of a select tool, I bet a bit more black could be introduced. Thanks Jack for the suggestion. |

Yes, highlights in foreground will give the image even more dynamic depth. Thank you Arik. |

That you derived this noir image from the original is quite amazing. You fooled me. The light from the lamp is realistic. Thanks for experimenting. |

I am envious. The camera you have is great for IR. The detail and resolution it renders is fantastic. You made good use of it with this image. I like the placement of the chapel. My eye wants a bit more contrast, as can be seen in the original. |

Gary, indeed the sky adds much to this lovely composition. Yes, it is nitpicking, but the sand in foreground seems unnatural, but I don't have a reasonable suggestion for an alternative. |

Jack, I couldn't agree more with our colleagues, but might also suggest removing some of the hanging branches so as to not have overlap with the trees across the river, if this is feasible. |

Arik, I can see why you were attracted to this scene. The light is good, and the sweeping curve in the fence and shadows is very fetching. Certainly eye candy. |

Melanie, I can see why you left the dancer alone. Why not? The hair color is attractive. Perhaps lightening the dancer might help, but overall, it's a great capture. |

Mark, what a lovely sunset captured at a lovely place. It could be an advertisement for reluctant snowbirds. The composition is great with the palm trees framing in the sunset. Color is delicious. Maybe the boat could be a bit more to the left of the reflection of the sun in the water? |

Brian, no question, a helicopter provided the best view of these waterfalls. I like the original too, e.g., the darker green in the river. It is easy to overexpose waterfalls and blowout details. The small most distant waterfall lost some details. The others are lovely. There is an accidental dot of green in the left upper quadrant of the image. This has happened to me a couple times during touching-up. No worries. |
