Arik, after reading your feedback, I got brave and deepened the pink then shared the image with camera club colleagues. They liked the improvement. Thank you for the suggestion. |

Thank you Emil. "IR as art" is indeed our implicit motto, and you lead by example. |

Henry, it is so creative and so possible to do a four season series on this lane. Thank you for the suggestion. It's as good as done. |

It is interesting how some want a subject at the end of the lane, a child, or perhaps a woman in a flowing dress. Others are comfortable with empty space. A child would add a "Family of Man" touch. Like it. |

Henry, popular subjects, like Lighthouses, are a challenge to photograph because a fresh rendering is so hard to create, but with this image, you have done so. What you did with the sky makes this image much more than a postcard shot. The composition is masterful and I like what you did to purify the white in the Lighthouse. |

Emil, the journey to photograph grist mills is an ideal adventure for an IR photographer. I've made tentative plans to do so with the few mills remaining in the State of Pennsylvania. You have shared a lovely composition. I especially like what you did with the levels adjustment to bring out the clouds and background details. |

Palli, you are fast! So many things must be decided so quickly and there are a lot of technical mistakes to avoid, but this photo is spot on. I like what you did in processing and the use of AI. My friends who photograph birds would beg for more eye to be emphasized and I like Emil's suggestion on cropping. |

Gary, as have human values been eclipsed during Christmas by retail selling, remembrance has been shadowed by BBQs and picnics on Memorial Day. You got in your car and remembered and shared what the day should be about. The image is a story of reverence. I like the coloring of just one flag, but like the others, suggest showing more of it. I'm not sure why, but the single cloud doesn't seem part of the story, yet a full hazy sky might add to it? |

Jack, I also am attracted to wetlands and lily ponds, but find them a challenge to photograph. I like your image as is, bu of the suggested tweaks to your photograph, I like Palli's. It seems to address quite well the concerns you had about clouds and reflections. Gary's nicely adds a delightful emphasis to the lily pads. |

Arik, I appreciate how you see IR photography as a form of visual art. It relaxes boundries and releases creativity. I like the way you used the second image to create texture and especailly your addition of color (far better use of it than I did this month). And your basics are excellent, the composition, the inclusion of the seated couple, and the orange-yellow highlights you added. It's a lovely image. |

Melanie, if Henry is late to the party, then I'm a no-show? Seriously, being last gives a perspective on the feedback and comment process and an insight on just how accomplished members of this group are individually and collectively. If any tweaking is done, I like the blue sky Henry suggests and how the wall was lightened by Emil. The rusty water Gary highlights is less of an issue for me living in an area ravaged by the oil industry. |

Quang, this image looks so much better in black & white. I like the way you increased contrast and tonal depth making the clouds much more interesting. The bird is perfectly placed although it seems small. Denoise did some magic to an already magical image. |

Sanat, this powerful image. The Sleeping Budhha awakens us with its majesty. I like what you did with the sky to bring out the clouds and deepen the blue creating a contrast with the snow covered mountains. My eye wants less of the darken hillside in the foreground. How do you feel about cropping about half of that bottom section? |

Brian, this looks like a scene from one of those famous shallow lakes in Australia. The colors are glorious and reflection captured nicely. My 2 cents of advice is to consider reducing noise a tad by using an AI program or the tool in Photoshop. |

Trey, I am always impressed with what you do in post processing. Like Fall, there is a brief time in Spring when the young leaves emerge showing vivid color. You have enhanced them while revealing branches and gaining a better view of the shed. I like the crop too. The original had too much corn stubble. Adding the sky completed the transformation. Very, very nice. |
