Hi Adi. The image of the mountains is breath taking, but the trees in the foreground really detract from this otherwise amazing image. The one tree all the way on the right is ok, but the other two are just blocking the view. You could try using Photoshop to get rid of those trees, but that would be a pretty heavy lift, since they constitute so much of the image. |

Hi Gokul. This image has a really ethereal vibe that I like. The crop does not really bother me, although with the water reflections, the image is quite busy. If you were to recrop I would definitely concentrate on the center tree. One thing I did notice, there is a bright white structure in the distance, right after the first tree on the left. I would probably clode that out. Another thing you could do to make the image a little less busy is slightly darken the water reflections. |

Hi Grace. I really like the composition of this image. The flowers are beautiful and the scenery is expansive with some great leading lines. However, I do agree with the other comments. The image is definitely overexposed and does appear to be a little soft, and the softness could partly be due to the wide aperture and also the 1024x768 resolution. Most modern displays are at least HD 16:9 format at 1920x1080, so I always try to take advantage of that. Your form factor is 4:3 so if you wanted to keep that your resolution should be 1440x1080 which might improve sharpness. Too get the size down, you can always do some light compression when saving as jpeg which will not compromise image quality as much as a lower resolution. I do think these problems can be fixed in post, particularly if you have the RAW file to work with. Have fun on your trip! |

This is a great blue hour image with a very wintery vibe, I feel cold just looking at it. I think I like your version better than the flipped one and I can see from the moon's position that it would not be reflected in the water shown in the image. If this were my image, I probably would have done a second shot with the exposure adjusted to bring out the moon's details and then composited them together. If you do this you could also increase its size a little. Given this is a wide angle shot, the size in the photo is undoubtably accurate, but we tend to "see" the moon as larger that it actually is. The question is, should we alter an image to match what we "saw" or leave it alone. |

Oh no! The wrong image! You should quick post the right one. This image has a lot of potential, but the blurriness/double image on the left is quite distracting. |

That's just a beautiful image! I love the overexposed moon, it actually looks like the sun and gives the whole image with the dead trees a very otherworldly vibe. I do see the slight star trail, but that does not really bother me a whole lot. I think a quicker exposure would not have been as effective capturing the MW. |
