I really like the composition of this image, the old pilings create great leading lines into the city! I agree with the others that the sky is too bright and creates a distraction from the city and should be cropped down to just above the buildings. You might want to consider darkening it as well using a mask, so the buildings stand out better. |

This image has a lot of potential. I agree with Larry, that the image moves from right to left. I like Arne's suggestions a lot and I think it would make the image really great. |

This is a really excellent composition. Your eye is drawn from the ice swirls in the foreground to the two reefs and finally the horizon and sky. I agree the the horizon does have a bit of a slope that could be corrected, and I think maybe the sky could be cropped down a little, but not too much, just enough to get rid of some of the clouds at the top of the image that don't really add to it. These are nits though, its a really excellent image! |

I like the way the B&W treatment brings out the detail in the mountains. The reflection gives symmetry to the subject but the ripples in the water create an interesting variation. Beautiful job, Michael! |

That's an amazing image, Larry! I love the sky and its reflection. The stars are nice and sharp. Despite your plans not working out, I think you got a great image anyway! |

Just a beautiful image! I love the composition with the rocks in the foreground at the bottom, and the line of clouds just above the horizon. The sky is gorgeous! I'll have to check that Skyfire app out. |
