I love the colors, it really does look like an artist's palette! I do agree that the sky could be cropped a bit as it doesn't really add to the image. I also agree it does look a bit flat because of the full sun. Perhaps if you added more contrast to the image that would compensate for the lighting. You could also try decreasing the exposure or brightness as well. |

Nice image, Arne. I really like the effect of the blue layer on the lights. I do see a little problem with the sky. I do agree with Larry that a crop of the sky might help, but I am seeing some artifacts there that aren't in the original image, particularly on the right hand side. I would probably mask the sky out in the Hue saturations layers to see if that would fix it, or create a brightness/contrast adjustment layer masked just for the sky and decrease brightness and contrast. You could also create a Hue/Saturation adjustment layer masked for the sky and decrease saturation. There is an option on Photoshop 2021 to select the sky, so creating the mask on the adjustment layer should not be difficult. |

I like the black and white image a lot better. For some reason there is a good deal of magenta in the background mountains of the color image and it detracts from the image. The black and white also brings out the texture in the lake bed quite nicely, and gives the image a very stark feeling. I also agree with Larry about the white line, it was there so I would leave it in. |

I love the image, Larry. I don't think there would have been any way to get the moon in such detail without compositing two images together. The moon is just way to bright compared to any other night surroundings. I love the lights on the bridge supports. I am curious about the orange color in the sky and of the moon, is that natural, or was it post processing? It is quite striking. |
