An interesting study Lance, the two not chosen have strength and one can see the struggle for life, the contrast of animate and inanimate, tenacity, survival, all reinforced by the use of a wide angle. In the selected one, the overexposure of the tree absorbs it and disappears in front of the rock behind, perhaps losing the meaning for me.

Hi Dianne
Fantastic work, it is a disturbing and surreal image with a great atmosphere, which leads the viewer to imagine very varied situations and questions. There are places you go countless times and each time they are different, others suddenly surprise you with something new or that you have never seen

Hello Joe
Dramatic take,i like it
That corner of cyclone la
you have immortalized in a thousand ways.
Regarding the image, visually the dramatic sky competes with the straight lines of the streets and the zebra crossings. Missing the curves of Cyclone somewhat for me.
I hope you did well in your local photo club. Happy New Year |

Hello Judith
Good capture and good photographic exercise, the correct composition and the transmission of movement achieved (maybe even too much to be a chorus)
Definitely, the piece of partitur that appears on the left must be cloned, it distracts and does not contribute

Hello Debasish
Quite a visual spectacle, it reminds me of the black sand beaches of my town seen from the cliffs.
