Nice composition in your Jane image and a lovely bokeh. I do not know what color the lichens would have of the branches but you could give them something more life, I notice them slightly muffled in front of the intense mushrooms. |

Thanks Charles, it really intrigued me to see the horses loose with those long strings untied, I saw many that way in the batey |

Thanks Dirk, an interesting proposal, I initially thought to take that direction towards the low key, but the light that filtered on its white mane, stopped me |

It is interesting to read how an image creates different thoughts in each person, mine on the original image of Judtih, is that being apparently a very sunny day the facade looks something gray in black and white conversion, I would add a layer of selective correction in PS to remove blacks from white tones without losing the gray range or through a layer of level adjustments, it would cut out the whites. Otherwise an intriguing image captured by the attentive eye of a photographer. Kirk's work to erase the branches in the eye, is very good, but as Peter says I remain ambiguous about turning it |

Thanks for your comments Judith, I did not understand the end of your message very well, do you mean to give more light to the leaves on the horse on the right? |

Greetings to all, I am a new member of the discussion, I like the image and its composition, but the banding is very noticeable and distracts my eyes. I have tried applying a selective correction on the sky to disguise that branding |
