That really does take away from how small the chapel is. I like your original version much better, as it turns out - the size of the chapel compared to the tree is incredible. |

Thanks, Arief. I cropped this photo so close because there was a parking lot on the left with a truck and cars and the scenery on the right wasn't so great. Good idea to remove the wire. |

Nice photograph! I love all the colors and lines, although the green seems perhaps a little too intense on my computer screen. There's so much to look at, making it a very interesting scene. |

Great photo! I love how the small building is dwarfed by the tree and the mountain, how the colors all work so well together, and how the building is illuminated. My only recommendation would be to possibly crop a bit off the left side and see how that works. Nicely done! |

That's so sad about the fire. There are too many right now!
I like all the lines and shapes in the photo. It wasn't clear to me that this scene was the result of a fire, however. This photo might work well as part of a photo essay on the fire. |

Awesome photo! I'd recommend experimenting with Photoshop to brighten the lighthouse, as that's a main point of interest. It's awesome how you framed the lighthouse with the rocks! The shape and detail of the rocks with the water and the incredible sky create quite a mood, almost ominous or with a bit of foreboding as though a storm might be brewing. |

This looks like a scenic place. I'd recommend shooting this from different angles in order to create a focal point of interest. My eye is drawn first to the water and then up to the white spots in the distance; but without your mention that they were yurts, there's no way to know that. Despite the lush greenery, the main points of interest appear to be the water and then the white spots in the distance. The yurts sound fascinating and might make for some interesting photos. Also, since there's nothing interesting in the water, photos emphasizing the scenic beauty of the field and mountains might work better. |
