Thanks, Elizabeth! I feel exactly the same as you in regard to starting Photoshop. There definitely is a huge learning curve. I'm right at the bottom of that curve right now, but the tools are fascinating and I find myself drawn in to keep working at it. Thanks so much for your suggestions on my photograph. |

Thanks, Bob! I do plan on cropping for other versions of this photo. I took a lot of photos of these boats from several different angles. |

I like the way the tower's framed and the flowers on the crab apple tree are very pretty. I agree with Ken that the photo looks "busy," though. I'm not sure what the main subject of the photograph is supposed to be. |

This looks like a beautiful spot. I think this photo might have worked better if taken from a higher vantage point, so that more of the ocean was visible. The vegetation at the front of the photo seems cluttered without anything in particular forming the main subject there. I'd also recommend toning down the brightness in that area. |

It's awesome that you're doing drone photography! I'm not sure this photo would do well in competition. However, I think getting an artistic shot with a drone would be quite the challenge. |

Thanks, Paul! I've just started learning how to use Photoshop this week and am looking forward to learning ways to improve my skies. It looks like a lot can be done with Photoshop. I plan to learn how to do vignettes; that's all new to me.
We never climbed that cliff, although we did climb others while we were in Iceland. This church was across the street from the hotel where our tour group stayed for only one night. We were pretty exhausted that night. :) |
