I rarely ever concern myself with a horizontal flip unless there is an element that isn't natural after the flip. I do like your treatment of this image too. |

Thanks. It's framed waiting for our remodel to start and get finished.

This is a wonderful seascape. I love your colors. I did go in a different direction. I cropped to remove what I thought was unnecessary beach. Although it did add depth, I felt the waves provided context so kept some of them to zoom in to the boat and emphasize it more. I also added a little sky tent to the water. I removed the light on the horizon. Overall, it is a beautiful image. |

Holy Moly! There aren't many butt shots that work. This is one. For whatever reason I'm reminded of old silent movie comedies when I see it. Way to go. |

Love the shot. How do I comment on Art's touch without saying "me too"? What the heck...me too. |

I think, like most art, there are some genres that are an acquired taste. I'm warming up to ICM and this image helps. I love the color and action. I really like how you used light to draw my eyes into the image. I've dabbled in ICM and fully appreciate the imagination and technique required. Not being proficient in ICM, I don't feel qualified to recommend changes, but that doesn't hinder my appreciation. Very nice. |

Thanks for the analysis. You're right, it was hand held. The softness is probably a function of cropping, pixel count, and post processing. I have to say your last two sentences have me bewildered. How is my lens an 800mm equivalent and how would that equate to the focus problem. The R5 has a full frame sensor with an in-camera (selectable) 1.6x crop factor. I probably was shooting with this selected. At worst, that would be a 640mm equivalent. |
