Oh my word. (OMW) What a gorgeous image. Not many have the WOW factor like this one. I love how the mountains taper into the horizon. I love the added interest of the horses. Technically the exposure, focus and white balance is spot on. This would be a "wall hanger" for me for sure. So with that being said, personally, there are a couple of adjustments you might try. #1 Don't limit yourself to "standard" or popular aspect ratios. Try cropping down to eliminate the bright white upper cloud layer. #2 That would free up the bottom space to crop out the dark tree? shadow. This would accent the broad open spaces appeal of such a grandiose image and keep it balanced. I haven't tried it, but it would also allow you to use a graduated filter to lighten the mountain tops and emphasis those beautiful snow covered peaks. Just breathtaking as is. Thanks for sharing. |

Art, I love this. I like the flow and pattern. I see movement and in my opinion, a work of fine art. The rhythm is steady and you even left some room on the right for the bird to exit. To me this shows a very professionally thought out and executed image. I think this image would work as a home accent or as a gathering point in a corporate board room. Well done. |
