Gorgeous photo, fantastic composition. I love the clarity, and the soft darkening around the edges. Very artistic! |

I agree with the others. Dick is particularly good at giving technical suggestions on focus. I love the picture concept, the beautiful colors, and the composition. But I, too, want more sharpness. |

A very unusual and captivating photo. What are they sitting on? I love the two-headed dragon, and the marble as the subject of the fight (right?). I, too, like the light on the marble, as it seems to heighten its preciousness. I only have one suggestion: I would move the double-headed dragon on the left a bit closer to the marble, so that the whole photo was a bit more balanced. It won't be identically balanced (which is good, I think), because the dragons have different shapes. Welcome to our group! |

Oh, so very cute! Good for you for getting the shot in the first place. I agree with Dick about the diagonal line-- a plus. I would point out I also liked the counterbalancing leaf at the bottom, the front legs which pretty much parallel the diagonal line above, and then the back legs which also counterbalance. I do also like Dick's deletion of the brown spot at the upper left.
What a cute guy, and looking young, healthy, clean, and showing off lots of different colors for us to enjoy! |

I love the painterly aspect of this. I do agree the backs of flowers aren't as interesting as the front -- nor as artistic. What you did in post-processing was great, and I hope to learn how to do it better some day! |

Very majestic! I love the mountain being closer, and the reflections on the water and the clarity of the birds on the sand. I agree with Marie that the brightness of the water draws my attention away from the mountain. I like the pink in the lower portion of the photo, but I find it confusing above and around the mountain. It doesn't seem realistic in an otherwise realistic photo. |

Very powerful! I see the anguish in the scream, and I am interested in the black mask (?) over the eyes, and I like the V frame of the tree. I find the shadows in the Lowrys portion to be distracting, however, as well as the lack of focus. |

This is absolutely gorgeous! I will try something like it one day. Great technique, and great choices made in post-processing. |

Wonderful and imaginative work. I don't think I would have figured out what the spiky plant was supposed to mean if you hadn't explained it, but I certainly got the rest of it.
Congratulations, too, on your gorgeous "Heavenly Devotion" on the Home Page! |

What a great shot - very unusual, amusing, and interesting. The skeleton is a nice touch, and the manikin nicely bloody. The mud looks really yucky, and I wouldn't have known the girl's expression was from the icy (rather than the yuck) if you hadn't told me. Wonderful work! |
