7 Jan 20 Comment Very creative. I like the what appears to be the progression from partially exploded to fully explodes. the image really captures ones attention. Jan 13th

7 Jan 20 Comment I really likes this image, My focus was immediately drawn to the buildings. My only suggestion is that I think the colors of the buildings needs to be brought out more. I played a bit with the tonal curve and this is what I ended up with, Hope it helps. Jan 13th
7 Jan 20 Comment Tom- I did not find the spots the least bit distracting, as Tony pointed out, they are quite natural. You really did a nice job cleaning up the background. It made a huge difference. My only suggestion would be to crop maybe a quarter inch or so from the left hand side, I believe this would increase the focus on the father and son and reduce the d=focus on the smoke in the top left. Image allows for the viewer to create a great story. Jan 13th
7 Jan 20 Comment First of all Les, do you remember where on the Cape that was? I am only about 35 minutes from the Cape and less than two hours from Provincetown. I have been wanting to take a ride down during the winter months and I am trying to decide where to go.
I loved the picture. I never would have thought about removing the sky, but once I did I agree with Tom. It makes it a much more powerful image. Personally, I would prefer if the sand was closer to a natural color. Overall, I think it is a great picture and well worth the effort that you invested in it,

7 Jan 20 Comment I agree, that must be one very cold boatman! I like the image very much, I really like the reflection of the building and the trees on the water, I tend to gravitate to black and white pictures, but in this case I prefer the color, I think the tall tree in the center works in the color image but detracts from the B&W, it almost appears to be a fold in the photograph. Still a very nice image. Jan 13th
